Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30 p.m.

We have a confidential  answering machine with emergency numbers on it and it is capable of recording messages. We do provide after-hours service. The OPP, Quinte Health Care and Three Oaks Shelter have an after hours number if services are required for crisis or safe placement. If in doubt call a worker and we can assess.
